After installing Ms Guru I get a message stating it may not have installed correctly, what do I do?

Ensure you have all Microsoft Office products closed and run the installer again.

A job number is displayed as invalid, even though it is not!

This typically happens when Ms Guru cannot find her way to the correct folder for that job. Check the folder exists and hasn't been mis-typed or moved.

My older emails are not being detected or filed, what’s happening?

This normally means you do not have all your emails cached, this is a setting which can be changed in Outlook. On the file menu, select account settings, and pick account settings from the menu. Double click on your email account listed in the box. Tick the box for “Use Cached Mode” and if you have a slider to determine how much to cache, ensure it’s set to “All”.

Why can’t I see my filed email icons?

Right click on your inbox column headings and select the field chooser. Find “icon” in the list and drag it to the header area.
